  • The Account Rep I position is the first level position in Patient Financial Services. This position performs a wide variety of revenue cycle activities including, but not limited to collecting insurance payments, working insurance denials, processing billls, resolving reimbursement issues and providing excellent customer service.

  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Knowledge, skills, abilities, license, registration, certification, education, and experience

  • High School diploma required. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to read and understand billing policies; obtain information from a variety of sources; use a computer and various software efficiently to accomplish set goals. Work positively with patients, families, coworkers, payors, and other internal and external customers.
