Volt LAB Technician III in Little Canada, Minnesota
Volt is immediately hiring a Lab Tech III in Maplewood, MN with a well-known industry leader. In this role you will be responsible for completing laboratory tasks to support core lab activities such as product development. These laboratory tasks will be predominantly composed of testing activities. This is a first shift, full-time contingent opportunity. As a Lab Tech III, you will:
- Conduct complex tests with minimal supervision.
- Report test results in a detailed manner and communicating these results to requestors.
- Operate test equipment, including electro-mechanical test frames, analytical test equipment, as well as more complex test systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years laboratory, manufacturing, or testing environment experience
- BS, Chemistry, Biology, Physics
- Experience working with testing equipment
- Experience working with a diverse team including external partners
- Ability to communicate regularly and effectively on test results and observations
- Familiarity with testing systems & Industry standards governing materials durability and performance
- Detail oriented
Estimated Duration up to 24 months.
