Job Title: Final Assembler
Job Description
As a Final Assembler, you will meticulously and precisely assemble components into a final product by following detailed work instructions and blueprints. Your tasks will include fitting cable harnesses, circuit cards, and components into chassis neatly and within tolerance, completing discreet wiring into chassis by soldering and lugging, and utilizing the correct torqueing tools to apply the correct torque during assembly. You will also be responsible for mixing, weighing, and applying appropriate bonding chemicals to electronic components, maintaining J-Standard certifications, and utilizing computer systems to access and input data on the ERP system, Quality system, and other manufacturing software. Additionally, you will perform other tasks and duties as assigned to support business goals and objectives.
Hard Skills
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and blueprints
Experience in fitting cable harnesses and circuit cards
Proficiency in soldering and lugging
Knowledge of torqueing tools and torque application
Experience with bonding chemicals
Ability to use ERP and Quality systems
J-Standard certification

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Lititz, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
The work environment is very technical with a clean room type atmosphere. Close tolerances with assembly procedures are expected, with a high requirement for accuracy and quality.
