Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Lititz, Pennsylvania

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant in Lititz, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative duties in a fast-paced office environment. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, processing mail, coordinating events, and providing clerical support across different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Process, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including invoices, vendor checks, packages, and certified mail

• Coordinate and oversee building and equipment maintenance as needed

• Maintain appropriate levels of office supplies

• Assist in the coordination of company events and manage schedule, emails, and travel arrangements as needed

• Support Accounting, HR, & Administration by performing various clerical duties as needed

• Assist with coordination of conferences, speaking engagements, presentations, and tours as needed

• Proficiently use Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for various tasks

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously

• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with clients effectively

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently

• Previous experience in an administrative assistance role

• Ability to provide clerical support as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

• Experience in mail distribution and packaging

• Ability to maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Office Administration will be a plus
