Kforce HR Coordinator in Litchfield County, Connecticut

Kforce's client is looking for an HR Coordinator in the Greater Litchfield County, CT area.The HR Coordinator will be supporting the Human Resources department responsible for: * Coordinating and scheduling interviews * Assisting with onboarding employees * Updating documentation, digitize paperwork, compiling and organizing files within the HRIS * Assisting in HR projects, events, communications, etc. * Completing Background Checks, scheduling drug screens and physicals * Floating assistance to help various stakeholders within the HR team This is an onsite position and is not fully remote.
