We Are Hiring
AMITA Health is hiring a full-time Organizational Development & Learning Specialist with a focus on Instructional Design.
What You Will Do
Partner with internal and/or external partners to enable organization effectiveness, change management, talent management, learning and development, and workforce and leadership effectiveness.
Facilitate the delivery of projects, to include design, development, delivery tactics, implementationsupport, and measurement.
Analyze the needs of programs, provide research, analysis, development, measurement and support to develop and deploy solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on initiatives and coordinate efforts with internal teams and other partners to ensure a fully integrated approach.
Apply expertise and best practices to challenges.
Develop actionable and targeted plans (eg , change management, culture and engagement, learning & development, analytics and measurement, communications) in support of goals and objectives.
What You Will Need
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of experience preferred.
