Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to join our Program team based in Israel

Agile coaching for cross-functional development teams: support, education and guiding R&D teams in all Agile routines

Jira admin work; support Jira adjustments to best fit our processes – is a plus

Taking an active part in the release planning process - create visibility and clarity to the entire organization (from team up to the senior management level)

Leading software projects life cycle, supervising their timeline, tracking milestones, deliveries and escalations

Communicate risks and mitigation plans with external stakeholders

Generate “buy-in” from relevant stakeholders, engage in effective discussions and provide real answers and solutions

Ensure flawless execution across multiple engineering teams, continuously identify roadblocks and help resolving them

Supporting Engineering groups in Operations tasks

Role

Mastercard is looking for a Program Manager to integrate Dynamic Yield's team in Lisbon, with the skill set to work in a cross-functional team environment and to support and optimize R&D teams to deliver the best quality products on time and according to Dynamic Yield’s high standards that our customers expect from our products. As a Program Manager, you will be taking an active role in planning, execution facilitation and communication across the entire company.

All About You:

3+ years of technical program/project management experience in IT industry

High proficiency in English

Deep knowledge and understanding of program management methodologies (Kanban, Agile) and experience in leading Agile projects

JIRA Admin experience - is a plus

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; maintaining proactive and can-do attitude as well as a positive mindset

Proficiency in remote communication tools to ensure seamless coordination and teamwork

Flexibility to collaborate remotely with teams across different countries

Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and dive into the details of complex projects

Deep analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
