Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our HIV team, in a permanent contract and located in Lisboa region.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the products' clinical efficacy, articulate a value proposition for the customer.

  • Provide clinical support/information as needed and achieve sales objectives.

  • Conduct business analysis, actively prospect for new business (i.e., identifies key accounts, develops specific plans for penetration).

  • Develop customer specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes and supporting approved materials.

  • Effectively penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.

  • Appropriately utilize all marketing tools and resources, including computer generated presentations, uses closing skills to move sale to next step (i.e., another appointment, in-service, patient identification, etc.).

  • This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • University/ bachelor’s degree or Equivalent required. Life sciences Degree will be a plus.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of successful sales representative in the pharmaceutical market experience. Experience in hospital and in the same therapeutical area will be a plus.

  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.

  • Portuguese native and professional working proficiency in English

Experience & skills and other requisites

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with external customers.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.

  • Analytical skills aligned with the business development and management requirements in this position.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a proactive demeanor.

  • Living in Lisboa
