Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our HIV team, in a permanent contract and located in Lisboa region.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate a working knowledge of the products' clinical efficacy, articulate a value proposition for the customer.
Provide clinical support/information as needed and achieve sales objectives.
Conduct business analysis, actively prospect for new business (i.e., identifies key accounts, develops specific plans for penetration).
Develop customer specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes and supporting approved materials.
Effectively penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
Appropriately utilize all marketing tools and resources, including computer generated presentations, uses closing skills to move sale to next step (i.e., another appointment, in-service, patient identification, etc.).
This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
University/ bachelor’s degree or Equivalent required. Life sciences Degree will be a plus.
Minimum of one (1) year of successful sales representative in the pharmaceutical market experience. Experience in hospital and in the same therapeutical area will be a plus.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
Portuguese native and professional working proficiency in English
Experience & skills and other requisites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with external customers.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
Analytical skills aligned with the business development and management requirements in this position.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a proactive demeanor.
