Job Overview and Responsibilities *

Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group’s transformation.

The Carl Fleet team will be responsible for executing on the Total Rewards strategy on a Worldwide basis. The Car Fleet Specialist will be responsible for the coordination and support of the Global Fleet Services, in close co-operation with employees, managers, Global Fleet Manager, HR, external Fleet partners and other internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track company vehicles & license plates and maintain overall vehicle & fleet management databases and ensure accurate data.

  • Review to support, to optimize the invoicing process of fleet partners and all related stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day fleet operations with key fleet partners, continuously looking to improve interactions, processes and data.

  • To coordinate with Global Package Owner, partners and internal stakeholders on fleet replacement strategy aligning with applicable global car policies and regulations.

  • To review the quality performance of key fleet partners on frequent basis, in partnership with BSA Procurement

  • Monitor and analyse the KPIs related to the different fleet processes and report on them

  • To support the roll-out implementation of global fleet policies, in alignment with GPP Total Rewards to all stakeholders

  • Drive the implementation, maintenance and improvement of Syensqo’s Global standards

  • Debrief assessments reports to specific target population

Education and Experience *

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Mgt, or in a relevant domain

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar Fleet Operations position

Must-have skills *

  • Fleet operations experience

  • Experience in cross-functional project management, and proven ability to drive initiatives to conclusion

  • Vendor performance management

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication at all levels

  • Impact and influence

  • Analytical skills to interpret data to improve the process

  • Proactivity and able to take initiatives

  • Ability to adapt to and learn new IT systems.

  • Excellent communication skills and positive team-oriented attitude.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize & execute numerous tasks

Must-have language skills

Fluent in English (both written & spoken)

Nice-to-have language skills

Lisbon: French; Italian; English; German; Dutch; Portuguese
