The Opportunity

Step into a leadership role where you’ll oversee Bill to Cash teams and projects (Payable/Receivable Accounts), driving timely and successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include risk management, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering collaboration across teams. As a mentor, you’ll inspire continuous improvement and build strong relationships with stakeholders, all while paving the way for new opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Process & Stakeholder Management:

  • Drive KPIs and metrics to achieve targets, ensuring top-tier performance.

  • Prioritize tasks based on business needs, and master the technical aspects of the process.

  • Champion process improvements that boost efficiency, client satisfaction, and risk controls.

  • Regularly assess process risks and ensure compliance with WTW Risk and Reporting standards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and seize opportunities.

  • Lead projects end-to-end, coordinating seamlessly with onshore teams.

  • Handle critical escalations and provide solutions for complex queries.

  • Support audit processes with thorough documentation.

Resource Planning:

  • Forecast and plan resource needs with precision.

  • Optimize resources during business peaks and troughs.

  • Implement contingency plans for critical resources.

  • Explore system and process enhancements for continued growth.

People Management & Development:

  • Set clear goals and expectations, conducting regular progress reviews.

  • Unlock your team’s full potential through personalized development plans.

  • Build expertise within the team to maximize value to the business.

  • Address performance issues proactively, coaching for improvement.

  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, meeting SLAs.

  • Engage your team through regular 1-1 and group meetings.

  • Mentor and train new hires, fostering a culture of growth.

  • Manage attrition and absenteeism to maintain a strong, cohesive team.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a dynamic leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, eager to join a fast-paced, global organization.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Accounting/Finance.

  • Business fluency in English and Portuguese, plus proficiency in another European language (minimum C1 level in French/German/Italian/Spanish).

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Proven experience in leadership and project management roles.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage diverse tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.

  • Relationship-building skills that foster collaboration with stakeholders.

  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
