Job Title: RF Test EngineerJob Description

We are seeking an RF Test Engineer to join our team. You will program software in C/C++ or MATLAB to automate test fixtures, develop test software in a Nearfield and Compact Antenna Range, and create software programs for automation. You will troubleshoot RF issues during tests of advanced antenna systems, support technicians with troubleshooting and training, analyze test data, and identify early trends. You will also support program meetings to develop root cause and corrective actions, and collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in LINTHICUM HEIGHTS, Maryland.

Work Environment

We have 4 SAP clearance openings. Candidates need to be eligible and obtain their SAP before starting, which can take 3-6 months. Ideal candidates are those graduating in a few months. We have 3 weekday 1st shift (M-F) openings and 1 weekday 2nd shift (M-F) opening. All require a Secret Clearance and SAP. The work environment includes working in a mixed indoor/outdoor Antenna Test Range at our BWI campus, collaborating with RF design engineers. The lab operates 24/7, requiring coverage across multiple shifts.
