Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross functional teams in problem solving sessions, alongside quantitative & qualitative analyses, to structure and solve open ended problems

  • Be accountable for the performance of specific experiences, including:

  • Resolving customer issues on the first interaction

  • Minimizing unnecessary instances where customers are transferred between departments

  • Engagement of Customer Excellence specialists & supervisors with provided tools & systems

  • Develop relationships with various stakeholders and foster collaboration throughout Vivint.

  • Leading multiple projects including creating project plans, holding people accountable and delivering upon commitments.

  • Manage reporting and metrics of assigned initiatives. Frequently present on project status to key stakeholders and executive leadership

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to solve cross functional business problems

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and compellingly with mid-level business executives

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams

  • Value stream mapping experience

  • Six sigma or other process improvement methodology is a plus

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  • 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: consulting, operations, leadership rotational program

  • The ability to conceptualize problems and to abstract the dynamics of an evolving business models

  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking capabilities

  • Experience driving process improvements

  • Ability to communicate (written and oral) clearly and concisely at all levels of the organization

  • “Owner’s” attitude, including a willingness to tackle problems through to solutions and an ability to work both independently and across functions

  • Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, flexible, and dynamic environment

  • Strong team player who places the best interests of the organization above personal objectives

  • Strong results-orientation

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
