Job Description
Requirements:
Property and Casualty Experience Required
Property and Casualty License Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service Experience
Retention Experience Preferred
Ability to excel in a fast-pace environment
Attention to detail
A positive attitude
A Team Player, willing to go above & beyond for our clients
Daily tasks include:
Taking inbound phone calls for newly sold policyholders and completing a review of all policy documents and e-signature expectations.
Process policy corrections as needed.
Service existing client’s policies.
Making outbound calls to customers for policy related needs and customer inquiries.
Data tracking of all Retention and VIP activity.
Agent assistance - answering questions and completing requests.
Monitoring of recorded sales calls and accurately scoring these calls for Quality Assurance reporting and Sales Agent feedback.
Following up with underwriting departments to ensure policy is issued.
Cross Sell / Rewrite policies as needed.
Interact with mortgage and insurance carriers to ensure payment is received in a timely manner.
Track trends to ensure proper feedback is provided to the sales team.
Follow up with clients at renewal to ensure client retention.
