What the day will look like

  • Support sales offices within Aon Private Risk Management business solution line

  • Works across business units to provide direction on actions needed to clear open accounts receivable and premium payable items:

  • Coordinates processing of transactions to clear open items.

  • Update the Nexsure databases with status of open items.

  • Support cash management initiatives.

  • Oversees the review and resolution of outstanding financial transactions including: Receivable & Payable Cash on Account, Client Advances, Payable Holds, On Account Disbursements, Debit Payables.

  • Reconcile monthly bank statements

  • Perform research to resolve complex discrepancies or client servicing challenges.

  • Ensures requests received are processed within the appropriate service level agreement.

  • Identifies opportunities to reduce AR cash on account or to streamline servicing of special handling accounts.

  • Participates in regular team meetings with their Genpact team members.

  • Oversees and serves as a SME for transactions keyed by the Genpact team

  • Conduct quality control review of Genpact production daily.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • An understanding of entry-level accounting, with 1-3 years of insurance experience preferred

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word

    Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Preferred: Associate of Arts degree (AA) or equivalent from an accredited 2-year college or technical school; minimum of one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Communicates optimally with others: Speaks and writes in a clear and concise manner when communicating with coworkers, supervisors and customers.

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $57,000 - $67,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
