The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!

    This marketing Internship at Zebra will provide you with the foundation to explore and apply for Zebra's Marketing Development Program (MDP). The MDP is a two-year, full-time rotational program offering employees the opportunity to learn from experts throughout the marketing organization at our Lincolnshire, IL headquarters.

    The Martech team is responsible for the technical strategy, implementation, governance and administration for all marketing software, tools & enhancements. This includes but is not limited to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), marketing automation platform, Salesforce lead management, video hosting, product information management and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with Product Owners and Stakeholders on developing requirements for enhancements and projects

  • Learns and assists with prioritization of an enterprise level backlog

  • Collaborates with Marketing IT to execute and deliver requirements for stakeholders

  • Reviews Smart Sheet intake process for Marketing Technologies and work with stakeholders to ensure all necessary fields are covered

  • Develops communication plan on the intake process and overall sprint stakeholder readouts

    Must be able to work hybrid schedule from Lincolnshire, IL (3 days in office ad 2 remote days per week)

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Science & relevant

  • Must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025-December 2027

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

  • Must be able to work hybrid schedule from Lincolnshire, IL (3 days in office, 2 remote days per week)

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Miro PowerPoint or other presentation platforms

  • Experience with JIRA, Trello, or other ticketing systems

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Ability to identify and react to issues quickly

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow

  • Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences

  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary: USD 22.00 - USD 24.00 Hourly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
