Concentrix Catalyst is actively looking for a Lead Organizational Change Manager, who will be responsible for leading end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) for a technology platform implementation within a large, complex organization. We are looking for a strong change leader who can drive the entire OCM lifecycle from preparing for the change, managing the change, all the way to sustaining outcomes post go-live.
The successful Senior Organizational Change Manager will:
Create and execute an OCM strategy and plans to prepare, equip, and support people to successfully adopt change in order to drive business outcomes and employee experience.
Lead and facilitate project discovery to identify who impacted stakeholders are and how the change will impact them, as well as identify any areas of potential resistance.
Create actionable deliverables for core components of the OCM strategy, including communications plan, sponsor plan, people manager plan, and training plan.
Conduct training needs analysis to ensure all impacted stakeholder groups are prepared for go-live and beyond.
Be responsible for leading key OCM activities to support change planning, managing and sustainment of outcomes. Example activities include, but are not limited to:
Creation of employee feedback surveys, including analysis of results
Development of PowerPoint presentations for executives and sponsors
Development of ‘getting started on day 1’ quick guides
Change Champion Network formation
Communications / content writing
Establish tracking calendar for initiatives progress, including core plans
Transition planning
Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner to stakeholders across all levels.
Build knowledge, relationships, and credibility quickly within the project team and business.
Serve in an advisory capacity for junior OCM project team members.
Coach and guide executive sponsor throughout each stage of the project.
Partner with Program and Engagement Managers to ensure OCM activities are aligned to project roadmap.
Collaborate and perform efficiently as a team member, as well as independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
Proven track record of successful organizational change management initiatives in business through strategic consulting and leading.
5+ years in a similar lead OCM role.
Knowledgeable in change management, agile and program management best practices.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint creation.
High motivation! Be a self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems and meet outcomes.
Hands-on consultant with a positive attitude, able to lead by example and partnering to deliver value.
Change management certification. (Prosci highly desirable)
Extensive experience in leading change management technology platform implementations. (ServiceNow highly desirable)
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is, Min 109,749 - 164,623 plus, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
