Quality Assurance Manager job responsibilities include: - Ensuring that quality management system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 standards - Reporting on the performance of the quality management team for purposes of review and to facilitate continued improvement of the quality system - Establishing and leading the quality functional strategy and quality improvement plan for the sites - Championing initiatives to drive quality improvements in design and in operations
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) - 8+ years in manufacturing quality roles, 5+ years in management - Exposure in establishing quality strategies and leading quality improvement plans - Practical knowledge and experience of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP, supplier quality management and development - Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
