Description:

Manage and maintain in-force policies

Review policy documentation and ensure that all policies are up to date and compliant with regulations

Ensure the policy documents are printed correctly and accurately before mailing

process policy changes, including address changes, beneficiary changes and payment changes

Ensure all policy-related data is accurate and up to date in the company's database

collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure that all policies are accurate before release

identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to streamline policy management

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12:30(once trained they will be able to work until 5 on Friday)

Skills:

Data entry, customer service, documentation process, microsoft office, data entry computer, document imaging

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent typing and data entry skills

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software programs

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 6 months of customer service experience

• Must be proficient in using a computer

• Some data entry experience is a plus

• Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred
