[As the Pest Control and Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will:]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}

  • Inspect, research, and treat campus in alignment with the Integrated Pest Management Program guidelines, regulations, and supervisor instructions.
  • Identify infestations, sources, and damages, and determine mitigation access of pests.
  • Control access to applied and stored chemicals and establish and maintain warning signs.
  • Coordinate pest control activities with building occupants and stakeholders.
  • Maintain records of work activities performed.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by University policy, state regulatory guidance, and department procedures.
  • Support the Custodial Equipment Repair Shop by moving equipment across campus, installing restroom cabinets, and performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.

High school or equivalent experience

1+ years of relative work experience and/or education.

Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

Strong time management and organizational skills.
