Oracle Lead Solution Architect in Lincoln, Nebraska

Job Description

ocus on enhancing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Cerner’s world class enterprise-wide Revenue Management information system (Soarian Financials/RevElate application) which provides financing of care in the acute and ambulatory environments & used by health care provider revenue cycle management personnel. The Soarian Revenue Cycle solution is made up of several modules: Revenue Management, Patient Access / Registration, Scheduling / Appointment Management.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Solution Architect, you will enhance, monitor and support the Soarian Revenue Management (RevElate) application. You will perform ongoing troubleshooting, enhancements to the application ensuring the solution is fully optimized and operational. Your end goal is to monitor, troubleshoot, enhance performance of the application and collaborate with development/ Cloud.Next teams. We are looking for versatile and innovative individuals with a willingness to learn along with a technical background supported by experience or education in information technologies and or Health Care Administration.

Additionally, act as focal point resource for the team and represent the team at key internal or client meetings planned or whenever necessary. Will also be required to support a scheduled on call rotation for critical client issues specific times throughout the year.

Work involves problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for performing troubleshooting investigations by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. In addition, you will prioritize work based on severity and urgency balancing client and business needs. You will collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals, document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation. This role is responsible to perform solution-related service request investigation and incident resolution on the most complex issues. In addition to working on most complex issues, mentoring, knowledge leader, and training team members is a basic expectation for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience with 7-8 years’ experience. Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration also applies. At least 5-6 years Software Implementation/support work experience with Soarian Revenue Management systems.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $39.95 to $85.67 per hour; from $83,100 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
