Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

Job Description

Will service a variety of equipment ranging from pickups, forklifts, asphalt equipment, semi tractors, rollers, motor graders, and wheel loaders. Will also service vehicles that transport crew and materials. Responsibilities include oil changes, preventive maintenance (PM), and basic troubleshooting in the shop. Service technicians will troubleshoot breakdowns and perform full repairs. Experience with full motor rebuilds is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. There is significant opportunity for growth and variety in daily tasks.

Pay: $25-$39 (pay is dependent on experience)

Work Environment

Service Tech: Will travel within a 2-2.5 hour radius to different job sites and be on call periodically. Team size: 8 in the shop, with service techs working in pairs or individually. Dress code: Jeans, boots, and layers as needed. Expect to get greasy, dirty, and dusty. Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Standard workweek is 50 hours. Service techs may work shorter or longer hours depending on the job.
