Job Title: Aircraft Technician

Job Description

Join our skilled team as an Aircraft Technician and contribute to the maintenance and repair of various airframe systems and components. Your role will involve testing, adjusting, and repairing airframes in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and approved procedures. You will also be responsible for preparing and completing documentation as per company policy and FAA regulations, ordering aircraft parts, and ensuring the highest quality of service with no rework required. This position involves working on Business Jets including Bombardier, Falcons, Gulfstream, and Dassault Falcon. Experience in Sheetmetal or structures will be highly advantageous.

Hard Skills

  • Aircraft Maintenance

  • A&P Certification or relevant experience

  • Experience with Business Jets

  • Proficiency in using work order systems

  • Ability to perform troubleshooting, function testing, and repairs

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a temperature-controlled hangar with heated floors during winter. Shifts available are 1st shift (6:00am - 4:00pm, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), 2nd shift (2:00pm -12:00am, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), and Weekend shift (Friday-Sunday, 3 12-hour shifts with a 10% shift differential). Pay ranges from $25/hr to $45/hr based on experience, with per diem available for qualified candidates.
