Aston Carter Accounts Receivable Specialist in Lincoln, Nebraska

Description:

Qualifications-- open to new grads, Customer support, accounting exp. or business

Metrics-- high volume, will work with a more high level person, will be consistently training for 3+ months, simpler data entry (bank receipts, etc), CS, AR work

Contract—6-12 months, may have opportunity for full time/perm role

Skills & Qualifications:

-Excel skills (more than just basic excel skills, formulas and VLOOKUP's)

-Customer service (will work with internal and external customers) will have a lot of calls with customers

-1 + years of Accounting skills OR financial experience (admin assistant, etc) needed – understand reconciliations and the basics of accounting AR skills are nice to have

-Education: associates degree required in business or accounting, bachelors preferred

**if no degree, needs 5+ years of experience, (billing, AP, AR, office management)

-Work in Oracle majority of the time, oracle not needed but nice to have
