All post offer candidates must complete and pass a background check and drug screen. Have a State of Maine teacher certification. Complete the PARXIS I&II testing within one year from date of hire . Work closely with vocational and academic staff in obtaining each students preferred learning style Create and share contextualized lesson plans; instruct in all content areas Reach academic OMS goals for literacy and numeracy by the end of the Program Year Must be able to drive company vehicles and qualify for company sponsored insurance by holding a Maine Drivers License and be free of disqualifying vehicular violations.
