Join our team as a Manager, Talent Management & Learning (HRS) who provides operational leadership, Talent Management & Learning expertise, and drives service excellence across the HRS TML functional team within EMEA. This role will apply leading practices to enable a best-in-class employee experience. This role involves monitoring the HRS TML functional team, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and achievement of agreed-upon performance metrics. This position takes immediate action to drive exceptional service delivery and provide functional consultation. The role also includes responsibility to integrate new TML programs, policies and procedures into the HR Solutions delivery model ensuring effective and consistent implementation and delivery.

How you’ll make an impact:
Oversee Talent Management and Learning operations to identify and recommend solutions for talent management and development needs and skills gaps. Manage and oversee the work of HRS TML team members, provide leadership, evaluate performance, and drive a high level of customer service. Develop team member capabilities, subject matter expertise, and maintain skill levels as required for exceptional service delivery. Monitor and act on available employee feedback and insights to maintain focus on exceptional employee experience.
Partner with TML Practice and Program Owners to design, implement, manage, and deliver TML programs; including process design and enabling technology. Manage the standardization and optimization of repeatable processes within our TML offerings for employees, managers, and leaders.
Drive day-to-day performance of their HRS TML team by monitoring, tracking and interpreting SLA metrics, and achieve operational excellence as measured internally and against external benchmarks to drive improvement. Monitor and manage staffing needs for the HRS TML team in the assigned geography.
Oversee the communication, implementation, and administration of employee engagement surveys based on COE designs and provide results to COE Program Owners.
Oversee TML service delivery operations, responding to escalated service demands as needed (e.g., volume of transactions, volume of calls, staff absence, service portal inquiries, business process execution, etc.). Review/approve transactions, as applicable.
Collaborate with other HR Solutions locations/hubs to provide a consistent application of the TML portfolio of services and share best practices
Identify ways to innovate, improve, scale, and leverage E2E TML delivery capabilities, including the integration of enabling technology.

What you’ll need:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or related field
Relevant experience in managing HR processes for Talent Management and Learning Required
Fluent English Required
Experience with Learning Management Systems Preferred
Experience leading teams within a similar organization and matrixed structure Preferred
Experience leading and mentoring virtual teams and helping to foster/create a “great place to work”
Experience and understanding of HR enabling technologies (e.g., case management, employee and manager self-service) within a customer service environment (ServiceNow preferred) is a plus; Experience with an ERP system (Workday preferred)
Specialized knowledge of end-to-end HR solutions in Talent Management and Learning
Exceptional customer service orientation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills required, Ability to interact with all levels of employees
Strong team collaboration and ability to support and motivate others to achieve goals/targets
