As an Operations Manager in the F&A department at Procter & Gamble, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading small-scale projects, ensuring operational excellence, and optimizing resources to continuously improve results. You will oversee key processes within the F&A function, manage performance metrics, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and best practices.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing daily operations or leading small-scale projects is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
