Willis Towers Watson Application Support Analyst in Lima, Peru
What You’ll Be Doing
Monitoring multiple high demand systems. Including system health, performance and integrations with other systems.
Proactively identify unexpected system behavior and address it or escalate it as needed.
Troubleshooting production tickets and critical Incidents in a timely manner throughout the life cycle of the issue. This Involves:
Identifying the root cause
Reaching out to the appropriate parties
Implementing necessary workarounds
Any complementary tasks needed to reach a resolution.
Interacting directly with several people across the company teams and different business levels.
Defining and implementing support processes for platform operations
MS SQL Proficiency.
Ability to work with solutions spanning multiple platforms and languages.
Experience with Telephony / Call center software / processes.
Experience with logging platforms.
Experience with .NET applications.
Experience with applications hosted both on Premise and on Azure.
Experience working with Agile processes.
Great communication skills.
Nice to have
.NET Development skills
Experience with the Splunk logging platform
Experience with PowerBI
Python and Jupyter books development skills
Experience with telephony solutions
