The Supply Chain Analyst will report to the Warehouse Supervisor. This role will ensure that inventory practices are followed, and that the values of these assets are maximized, As well as coordinate activities within the receiving, issuing/picking, delivering, warehousing, inspection, shipping functions, and equipment operation. What you will do: Model Nutrien's core values of safety and integrity, lead and enable an inclusive culture in which you and your team are actively contributing to a safe work enviroment by utilizing Nutrien's culture of care Job representative within the warehousing area, ensuring compliance with all State, Local andNutriensafety and environmental regulations and policies Collaborate within areas of procurement, project engineering, production, planning, to support storage and distribution of goods and materials UtilizeComputerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS)to support business processes including open and close requisitions and purchase orders, track costs, document spare parts, create work requests and purchase requisitions, run reports, and kit materials as required Coordinate activities to maintain a high level of housekeeping and 5S in all areas of the Warehouse and Tool Room Safe and effective operation of a forklift, Wave, and other lift assist devices Oversee all aspects of inbound and outbound transportation services including verification, labeling, distribution, and storage of incoming materials Oversee the receipt, storage, issuance, delivery, and shipment of goods, while keeping accurate records Ensure proper documentation for outbound shipments meets DOT & IATA requirements Process picking documents in priority order for timely fulfillment of user/customer demands Prepare and stage materials efficiently for delivery or counter pickup including materials kitting to support site maintenance schedule Conduct regular physical inventory counts following established procedures, manage inventory levels, packaging, and store supplies efficiently Ensure timely stocking in line with picking and counting tasks and manage the put-away process to maintain order and accessibility Ownership of PMI Inspection duties, including tracking and resolving issues, to enhance operational efficiency and quality Inspect returned inventory for usability, support stock replenishment, and ensure adherence to the 'first in, first out' principle to manage shelf life Support development and training on new and existing procedures to aid in all aspects of inventory management What you will bring: Understanding of supply chain management, purchasing, and warehousing with at least 1 year of previous experience or degree in a related field required 2+ years of supervisory experience related to above is a plus Experience and familiarity with CMMS systems, SAP or Oracle systems is a plus Working knowledge of audit processes and procedures a
