Position Summary

Jeffers Crane Service is seeking a Job Site Safety Administrator for a temporary assignment that will last approximately 90 days starting in July and run through the end of October. The position requires experience providing timekeeping and administrative support in a refinery environment, preferably during a turnaround. This is a full-time, non-exempt temporary position.


Essential Functions

- - Assist EHS personnel with onboarding new hires, new hire orientation, employee verification (I-9s), drug screen management

- - Assist in any administrative and/or coordination activities the group may need to keep the turnaround crew running efficiently.

- - Responsible for tracking and auditing time entries

- - Adhere to company and facility policies and procedures

Skills and Experience Requirements

- - Timekeeping experience in a refinery environment

- - Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written format, i.e. report writing.

- - Ability to operate a personal computer

- - Able to work safely around complex constriction equipment
