Allen County Educational Service Center Education Aide in Lima, Ohio
The Allen County Educational Service Center is seeking a qualified applicant for an Educational Aide position. The position would include supporting our classrooms for students in need of behavior intervention.
The Board has identified the following qualifications as having particular importance for the position:
- Experience with students who demonstrate significant cognitive disabilities
- Experience with students who demonstrate significant negative behavioral tendencies
- Experience with or willingness to be trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
- Experience collaborating with educational staff members
- Demonstrate positive team player attitude
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness and ability to think outside the box
