Aaron's Customer Accounts Advisor in Lima, Ohio
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
- Protect Company assets
- Direct immediate contact with Customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in the field and on the phone
- Act as a Customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
- Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals
- Document all Customer appointments in the store computer system
- Maintain updated Customer information
- Assist with merchandise returns and Customer deliveries as directed
- Safely operate company vehicle
- Load, secure, and protect product in company vehicle
- Complete and maintain vehicle maintenance sheet weekly and route sheets daily
- Assist the Sales Team as needed
- Other tasks as assigned by management Education and Experience

Required Skills:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and "dollying" merchandise 50-300 pounds
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Good organizational skills
- Professional groomed appearance
- Ability to work schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8AM to 9PM
Satisfactory MVR (driving record), drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver's License, and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
Pay:
- $16-$17 per hour to start
- Holiday Pay available after 90 days
- 5 Paid Days off after 6 months
10 days off after 1 year of employment
