About the Role:

• Main purpose of this job is to organize, manage and coordinate the strategic and operational management of building facilities. Ensuring a proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects of the facility, and create and sustain safe and productive environments for occupants.

• Provides formal supervision to the team, mentors and coaches them to further develop competencies.

About the Person:

• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer; preferably with familiarity in BPO set-up.

• Min. 5 years working experience in Facilities Management.

• Good grasp of financials and comfortable making reports.

• Has knowledge in Occupancy Planning.

• Has experience working with 3rd party vendors

• Good communication skills.

• Excellent Customer service.

• Good Negotiation Skills

• Can work graveyard shift within 5-days work week
