ITW North America Construction is seeking an 2nd Shift Assembler for its Global Tool Unit based in Libertyville IL that can work hours of 3 pm to 11:30 pm Monday to Friday with possibility for overtime.

Contribute to the goals of the teams by assembling high quality tools in a cost effective and safe manner, meet production targets and actively participate in improving plant practices and procedures.
Perform rotating work station line assembly operations to assemble cordless tools and sub-assemblies.
Responsibilities include work quality/job performance, team member effectiveness, individual behavior/attendance and improvements (safety, quality, etc)

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of related assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines
Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids and be able to perform simple math
Demonstrated ability to communicate orally effectively with co-workers and other departments
Able to operate air and hand tools, lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and 40 lbs. occasionally
Must be able to work 2nd shift hours of 3 pm to 11:30 pm Monday to Friday.
