We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Manager Product Development - End to End Testing to join our Distributed Intelligence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the System Test End-to-End (E2E) Validation of our Distributed Intelligence Platform and Outcomes. This role involves overseeing system testing, firmware release compatibility testing, continuous testing, outcomes functional and regression testing, scale testing, and the coexistence of outcomes testing to ensure the highest quality and performance of our solution. This role requires proven ability to oversee several distributed/global teams and interact with development teams to achieve the outlined objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the System Test E2E Validation efforts for the Distributed Intelligence Solution. Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including system testing, continuous testing, outcomes testing, scale testing, and coexistence of outcomes testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of new features and updates. Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support to achieve testing goals. Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and validation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies. Manage implementation of automation framework and testing Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in product development and system testing, preferably in a distributed intelligence or related field. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze complex systems and provide clear, actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Preferred & Experience: Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-based platforms. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Pay Transparency: The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location.
