Requisition Number: 83799Job Title: Provide supervision and leadership to technical teams, build and maintain schedules for the operations and administration of technical service delivery, assigning tasks, and checking work at frequent intervals.Ensure onsite/field service personnel meet technical solution expectations for Insight's internal and external customers. Overall supervision includes proper planning, forecasting, training and operational efficiency with regards to employee utilization, logistical processes and employee administrative functions.What you'll do at InsightBe Client Focused. You will participate in daily internal and client-facing meetings, monthly updates, and quarterly meetings that report on performance, issues, and continuous improvement. To ensure client satisfaction you will work closely with the sales team to discuss business development, review current opportunities, and execute strategy.Develop relationships with key client department heads and leaders.Coordinate planned deployments with respective customer leaders to ensure they know what we are planning to do, when we are planning to do it and what the expectation is of their department(s).Plan, supervise and coordinate personnel and processes within the assigned area of responsibilityManages the day-to-day operations of the team(s) Responsible for driving operational responsibilities by constantly evaluating processes, procedures and systems.Maintains open lines of communication with other departments to ensure confidence and enhance the relationships within Insight and the customerRepresents Insight in a professional and business-like manner and communicates effectively with Insight associates and their customersAssists Service Management with the customer's requirements, while ensuring good practices in standards methodologies and processes are utilized to deliver an integrated solution. Monitors the team's activities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and provides support for both internal and external customersCommunication of processes and procedures to the Service Delivery team to insure the use of sound methodologies and best practices in the measuring of day-to-day activitiesIssuing of daily, monthly and quarterly reports Other duties as assignedKnowledge of SAP is a plus, for the day-to-day management of resource management, time reporting and expense reportingExceptional verbal and interpersonal skills requiredPossession of strong analytical skillsAbility to multitask and balance multiple prioritiesExcellent time management skillsDemonstrated leadership ability and teamworkStrong computer skillsWhat we are looking for: Ability to lead a technical team of personnel by providing leadership, assistance and advice A minimum of 3 years managing and leading small-to-midsized teams of technical personnel.Must have exceptional interpersonal skills to work with clients.Must have strong decision making and time management skills.Must be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and remediate complex issues and articulate corrective action when necessary, in a desktop support environment.Must be able to monitor and drive teams to perform at high levels resulting in maximum client satisfaction.Be Challenged.
