Compensation for the Machine/Mold Operator
- $18.25 Per Hour
- Swing Shift: Monday -- Friday, 3 pm -- 11:30 pm

Responsibilities for the Machine/Mold Operator
- Monitor and operate an injection mold machine or CNC machine
- Responsible for first reading and adhering to very basic product blueprints that outline the specifications for each unit assembled and produced, as well as common flaws which need to be caught
- Perform highly repetitive tasks focusing on minimizing wasted motions
- Inspect, prepare, and package units as they are completed, so attention to detail is a must
- Complete tasks per policies and procedures while maintaining tight tolerances, and focusing on safety, cost, and quality
- Track basic measurements (weight, units and time) on a work order form, and then input these into computer at the end of every shift
This position requires a level of quality control and efficiency
Requirements of the Machine/Mold Operator
- 1+ Years manufacturing experience
- Experience with CNC machining is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
- Good manual dexterity to use hand tools (vices, drills, hammers etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Reliable
Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 35lbs
