TEKsystems Customer Service Representative (Permanent) in Liberty Lake, Washington

THIS IS A SUNDAY- THURSDAY EVENING SHIFT

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with new and existing claims, promoting our client’s preferred provider programs, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with new and existing claims, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries promptly.

  • Promote participation in our client’s preferred provider programs and services, emphasizing their benefits.

  • Handle telephone inquiries in accordance with the position description, maintaining professionalism and empathy.

  • Adhere to call strength audit guidelines, ensuring high-quality interactions with customers.

  • Actively seek to increase product knowledge by utilizing internal resources, including KM and SCO Intranet pages.

  • Meet performance and dependability expectations set by management.

  • Foster a positive and respectful environment that encourages engagement among team members.

  • Be prepared to handle additional duties as required to support the team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Secure and maintain state and non-resident licenses as necessary for the role.

  • Be available for regular evening, weekend, and holiday coverage based on business needs.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

  • Commit to ongoing job-related training as assigned through ATLAS or other platforms.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Shift: 8:00AM-3:30PM Sunday 2:00PM-9:30PM Mon-Thurs or 9:00AM-4:30PM Sunday 2:30PM-10:00PM Mon-Thurs
