Job Description

Responsible for following prescribed standards of CNC operations, set-ups of prototype and established processes. Responsible for meeting cycle times of those processes in the machine shop. Should have knowledge of, and be responsible for supporting lean manufacturing principles and teamwork throughout the company.

Responsibilities

• Setup equipment to run production according to blueprints.

• Develop and maintain product/setup processes, programs, equipment, and tooling.

• Program shop floor Mazatrol and edit CNC programs to maintain product quality.

• Manage workload and changing priorities.

• Design and build fixtures and work-holding devices.

Essential Skills

• Ability to accurately read blueprints

• Skilled with portable measuring devices used in the production processes

• Must be able to read and comply with work instructions, quality documents, and other pertinent written material

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Quality-conscious attitude and pride of ownership in designated responsibilities

Work Environment

Machine shop with temperature controlled environment

This is a Contract position based out of Liberty Lake, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
