The Coca-Cola Company Facilities Supervisor in Liberia, Costa Rica

In Liberia, Costa Rica, we have our newest and most advanced manufacturing plant in the world, leading the way to Industry 4.0. This plant uses state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to improve how our employees work and how we manufacture our products. We are currently looking for a Facilities Supervisor that will supervise a team of plant facilities technicians; support the troubleshooting of facilities to meet schedule and cost target; ensure proper maintenance of all working spaces and equipment; maintain good safety and housekeeping practices among employees. Additionally, this role includes the management of Utilities: HVAC, refrigeration, fire detection and suppression systems, access control, pest control, among others, as well as the handling of energy measurement systems with desirable knowledge in ISO50001 standards. What you will do for us:

  • Act as the Custodian of the facilities Security, House Keeping and services associated with the Personnel Wellbeing, meeting Company Requirements and Standards, local regulations and safety conditions.

  • Manage the selection, annual bidding process, monitor the expenses and performance and act over the supplier for the facilities Custodial Services, Cafeteria, Gym, Security, Transportation, Medical Office, etc.

  • Assure the compliance of the company Standards & Procedures for Internal Control purposes.

  • Assure the Service Providers are compliant with the company's Supplier Guiding Principles & Workplace Rights Policy.

  • Manage the Utilities: HVAC, refrigeration, fire detection and suppression systems, access control, pest control, among others.

  • Handle energy measurement systems with desirable knowledge in ISO50001 standards.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineer, or Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer

  • Previous experience in similar roles- 5 to 10 years

  • Fluent Spanish and English

  • SAP R/3 and Office 2007 knowledge

  • Use of information and data

  • Forecasting

  • Planning

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15
