ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Engineer to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an on-site position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provides test and evaluation of hardware and/or software development. This includes developing and documenting test plans and procedures, conducting testing, and evaluating and documenting results.

• Prepares studies, plans, and analyses in support of the delivery order.

• Fully document all defects during the test execution.

• Able to adapt to Agile Scrum Software Development methodologies with a cross-functional team approach.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent.

• Extensive/Expert knowledge of engineering principles in the design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of systems.

• Ability to analyze specifications and design documentations test strategies, test plans, and user acceptance criteria.

• Knowledge of test processes and test case development

• Zero (0+) or more years’ experience.

• DoD 8140-compliant if required by tasking.

Preferred Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance preferred

• Experience in SAFE Agile development methodology.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen. Must have a current/active Secret clearance, and must be willing and able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
