Imagine One Technology & Management Sr Program Analyst in Lexington Park, Maryland

Imagine One is currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst FMS to perform critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provide recommendations to ensure program success. Work will be performed at NAS Patuxent River, Maryland. Principal duties and experience requirements follow:

Principal Duties: Performs program management, technical, or business analysis. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.

  • The Senior Program Analyst FMS analyzes program and support requirements, program schedules and performs other related management tasks in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation and case closure activities.

  • They oversee assigned program activities in support of the Program/Case Manager. Participate in meetings to support program objectives and represents the Program/Case Manager.

  • They perform initial assessments and provide recommendations on the tailoring of country specific needs.

  • They provide analysis for acquisitions and procurements, support equipment, publications, training, software and transportation requirements. Coordinate prospective changes to aircraft/avionics/weapons/support equipment quantities and operating aircraft.

Specific Duties for PMA-275 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Team Support:

  • Tracks contracts in the Acquisition Management System (AMS) Procurement Management Tool (PMT) to include ensuring all contractual and acquisition documentation and milestones are complete.

  • Updates and inputs Government Furnished Property (GFP) tracking into the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) tool.

  • Participate in program and technical reviews

  • Prepare and review program management and technical briefings in support of the Case Manager.

  • Candidate must be comfortable and confident with facilitating/leading formal meetings

  • Candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office to include word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Candidate must have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working independently

  • An understanding of the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) policies is desired

Experience:

  • At least ten (10) years’ experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management. FMS experience is desired.

  • Performs all functional duties independently.

  • Oversees the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

  • Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement

  • Requests, Work requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), and DD 254. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master of Arts OR Master of Science Degree

  • Allowable Substitutions: A bachelor’s degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; OR an associate’s degree and an additional eight (8) years of experience OR a High School diploma and an additional ten (10) years of experience.

Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required. Candidate must currently have an ACTIVE DoD Secret Security Clearance.
