KBR FMS Program Analyst in Lexington Park, Maryland

Title:

FMS Program Analyst

KBR is seeking an FMS Program Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Patuxent River, MD. This position supports E-2 Hawkeye Airborne Command and Control Systems Program Office (PMA-231) E-2C/D France Foreign Military Sales (FMS) IPT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Support Security Cooperation team, under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, by assisting the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) including applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.

  • Assist in development of technical and financial responses to requests for P&A data, letters of request, and case modifications and amendments. Work within a multi-disciplinary IPT and coordinate with program analysts, financial/budgetary managers, engineers, and logisticians to promptly address customer requests and prepare program briefs.

  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Clearance & Citizenship: Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Education: BA/BS degree from an accredited US institution. Additional experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.

Experience: At least 3 years of related experience

Skills: Knowledge of FMS policies and procedures and demonstrated ability to apply that knowledge to help inform case execution. Ability to track, status, and update program action items and risks. Ability to develop customer-driven milestone charts and actively participate in integrated master schedule development. Ability to assist with the development of customer solutions to unique requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to travel for domestic and international meetings and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience as an FMS Analyst on US Navy Aircraft/aviation-focused programs

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation: $102-$153K annually. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
