Professional Bridge Builder

Location : Lexington, NE

Job Overview :

All throughout the Midwest. First Jobsite will be in Lexington, NE. Working on crews that will be performing work on small bridges to large interstate projects.

All roads are inactive!!!

• Cleaning up job site, wheelbarrow concrete from truck to formed up pad, assisting foreman/supervisor with any tasks needed for jobs.

• Perform general duties involved in the construction of a bridge or heavy highway project.

• Align forms. Use saws to cut expansion joints. Perform crack sealing

• Checking forms for proper construction

• Setting forms to desired pitch, depth and proper alignment

• Spread, level and smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed and float.

• Mold expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointer and straight edge.

• Monitor weather elements for effect on the curing of concrete

• Operate power vibrator to compact concrete

• Application of surface treatments

• Tie off rebar and do various other prep and clean up work as needed.

Hours : 1

Pay : $25-32hr

Qualifications :

• must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• willing to travel 200 miles to get to work

• will travel Monday through Friday

• willing to stay overnight during the work week, home on the weekends.
