Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in Lexington, North Carolina. This role will primarily involve handling, managing, and maintaining inventory records in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory, processing relevant data, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory records in an organized and efficient manner

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, and Epic Software for inventory management and control

• Process and audit inventory data to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions for efficient management of resources and inventory

• Respond to inbound calls from stakeholders and address their inquiries or concerns about inventory

• Perform clerical duties related to inventory management and control, including data entry and filing

• Utilize About Time software for efficient time tracking and management in inventory processes

• Generate charts and graphs from inventory data for visualization and analysis

• Conduct regular audits of inventory records to identify and resolve discrepancies

• Ensure all inventory tasks comply with the company's policies and procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Cerner Technologies

• Familiarity with Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Understanding of ERP Solutions

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls

• Experience in Auditing

• Ability to create and interpret Charts - Graphs

• Experience in performing Clerical Duties
