You will be the Technical Service Engineer for the Lexington, KY area and must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Cost Account Manager and Operations Support embedded with a SOF GLSS Program Team, your Technical Service Engineer duties will include:

• Providing assistance and guidance to customers regarding the installation, configuration, and use of technical products and systems.

• This role requires excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and train customers on the use of the products and systems.

• You may work on a variety of products and systems, including software systems and programs designed for corporate and individual customers, as well as government entities.

• Provide support and assistance both remotely and on-site at the customer's location.

• To be effective in this role, it is important to have a excellent understanding of the technical products and systems being supported, as well as the needs and requirements of the customers.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as the role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate results.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:

- Electronics maintenance background

- Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment

- Basic knowledge of RF theory

- Basic knowledge of Signal Generators and Signal Analyzers

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

- Must be able to independently working in a fast paced and stressful environment

Desired Skills:

-(FSR) experience with relevant systems

- OCONUS deployed time operationally attached to DOD or other government departments and agencies, preferably with SOF units/commands

- Minimum 1 years of SOF tactical communications (MBITR, PRC-117, PRC-152, etc.) experience.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
