Job Summary | The STEPS Human Resources Job Classification Expert Practitioner is a seasoned professional who specializes in job classification and ensures that positions within an organization are accurately categorized. You will be required to:

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related field (advanced degrees orcertifications are advantageous). • Prefer five to seven years of experience in job classification,preferably in a large organization or government agency. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to jobclassification. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively and provide expert advice tostakeholders. • Effective communication with HR teams, managers, andemployees. |
