| Required License/Registration/Certification | Nationally certified Pharmacy Technician by either PTCB (PTCE) or NHA (ExCPT); Registered with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire. |
| Physical Requirements | May include standing for greater than 5 hours at a time and possibly walking several miles per day. May require the ability to reach items above shoulder level and be able to lift up to 25 pounds |

| Job Summary | The Inpatient Pharmacy Lead Technician supports the pharmacy team by ensuring compliance, assisting in compounding sterile and non-sterile products, and delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care. This role includes co-leading huddles, making staffing adjustments, training new staff, and facilitating the implementation of new processes and SOP updates. Additionally, the position supports workflow development, updates resource materials, serves as a mentor to new hires, and assists the Leadership Team with administrative tasks. |
