Facility staff maintain a safe environment by actively supervising activities and enforcing facility policies. Staff are trained to respond to emergencies according to the outlined Emergency Action Plans. Facility assistants help to maintain a clean facility by completing routine cleaning, performing laundry duties, and completing other chores as assigned.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesPolicy enforcement, customer service, attention to detail, time management, initiativeDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/ExperienceFacility Assistants will serve as a first responder. CPR/AED/First Aid certifications are required for Facility Assistants. Free certification classes will be available to all new employees who are not currently certified.
