Randstad is recruiting for a full-time, temporary to hire, Business Development Representative in Lexington KY. The position is 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment. Experience in marketing is a plus but not required. Apply now!

Responsibilities

• Create business proposals and presentations for potential new clients

• Identify and implement strategic initiatives, with special emphasis on the business strategies that achieve growth of membership, new business partners and under-served areas and increase market penetration

• Inform and recommend MHCU management of relevant needs, pertinent business opportunities and material or adverse developments in the business partner population to ensure maximum effectiveness of their activities.

• Assist with other marketing and administrative efforts as needed
