Job SummaryThe Administrative Services Assistant is a key in enhancing the level of competency in patient care and optimal operations within the clinic. This position will allow effective, efficient coordination of all components of multidisciplinary care. Communication and organizational skills are key in this position in order to facilitate the multidisciplinary coordination necessary for quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
This position will partner with physicians, clinical staff within our clinic, and staff across a variety of UKHC clinical, surgical, and hospital areas, referring physicians, outside facilities, and the patient to achieve the desired outcome for our patients and their families.
Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of customer service, effective communication, quality and quantity of work, and professionalism. They will also be able to demonstrate competencies in developing and managing a program as well as the ability to coordinate marketing and outreach efforts.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree and experience in scheduling patient appointments, test, research, and scans as well as working directly with providers and clinical staff preferred.
